Simon Day has joined Griffin as Operations Manager heading up Network Operations and Network Engineering. Simon is busy recruiting additional, specialist staff to help implement the extensive network investment plan that underpins Griffin’s rapid growth and ambitious product development roadmap.
Reporting to Adrian Sunderland, Griffin’s Technology Director Simon was previously Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Plusnet, where he gained valuable experience of working with an innovative and fast-growing ISP. He also spent time developing operations at UUnet both abroad and in the UK and carried on as Engineering Manager when the company merged with MCI.
