Griffin reward broadband resellers with trips to Atlantic City

Griffin rounded up their white label broadband resellers for a day of listening, vision, review and recognition

The event, held at Sandown Park Race Course, was attended by ninety of the channels’ most successful broadband resellers and was sponsored by NTL, Telindus, Tiscali, and ZyXEL.

John Dawson, MD of Griffin opened the day with a look back over the last 15 years of trading, summarising the changes in technology which have affected the channel and Griffin’s strategy to help resellers build value and margin around IP in the months and years to come.

Adrian Sunderland, CTO demonstrated the success of Griffin’s new high-margin MPLS portfolio by running through case studies including one from Logicalis for the Welsh Assembly.

Andrew Dickinson, Sales and Marketing Director recognised the outstanding achievements of both Eurotel and Ignite who won Platinum and Certified Partner of the year respectively. Both have won prestigious growth awards and four tickets for the Griffin trip to Atlantic City next May.

After dinner resellers competed with each other in the fun casino and watched the Griffin poker final where the top twenty fastest growing broadband resellers battled it out for the remaining holiday for two to Atlantic City.

The winner of the final was Nick Thomas from RHM Communications, Stream Networks came second and won a Virgin experience day provided by NTL, Bear IT came third winning a Jazz cruise for eight provided by Tiscali and Ignite came fourth winning a London Eye Experience and river cruise provided by Telindus. The winner of the Griffin fun casino was Ian Cooper of MT Services, who won a home solutions kit donated by ZyXEL.
