As part of the Plantronics Connect programme, which brings together industry-leading partner support mechanisms under one scheme, ‘Headset Sales’ In Birkenhead has become the first Premier Partner in the Programme. The accreditation comes after the company was recently announced Reseller of the Year 2006/07 at the Connect Reseller Conference in Cardiff.
Running since last autumn, the Connect Programme has introduced a number of initiatives to support Plantronics business partners in promoting headsets. Its success at growing sales within the reseller channel has also led to an extension to the existing programme with the creation of a 3rd tier within the framework.
