Heavyweight Service Agreement

Two heavyweights in the UK channel have struck a deal for customer support services. Ty Gardner, Managing Director of recently formed reseller Comms Solve Technologies and Peter Orr, Servassure Sales Director, are finally doing business together despite knowing each other for 30 years.

Gardner told Comms Business Magazine, “The Servassure white label model for customer support services is perfect for our company. Servassure cover everything from pre-sales support, network and PBX audits all the way through to project management, installation and ongoing support. This means that I can focus on my strengths of determining leading edge application requirements for my customers knowing that I have the absolute capability of delivering exactly what the user needs no matter where that user is in the UK.”

Peter Orr commented, “We have already carried out some work for Ty and in one instance our auditing services contributed significantly to winning the business. The fact that we have more than 200 engineers covering 95% of the UK PBX market means we can readily handle the work put our way. In addition to this we have also set up a help desk facility for Comms Solve Technologies which will answer customers with their name.”

Ty Gardner continues, “When I started the company I looked around for effective and professional partnerships as I felt the outsourcing model was the way forward. I had spoken to a number of potential service partners but concluded very quickly that the Servassure offering was the best in the industry. The overall package is great – all of a sudden I have nationwide coverage, back-up and support in gluing together the applications I am providing. This is a partnership; these are not Comms Solve Technologies engineers and customers are fully informed of the relationship.”

“The customers we have already supplied took data cabling, BT lines, Griffin broadband, HP ProCurve switches and the Mitel 3300 with Servassure supplying all the resource that we requested from them . With the partners we now have in place Comms Solve can now supply the best of breed offering that our clients require.”
