Hosted VoIP Provider Inclarity Selects Comverse Centrex and FMC

Hosted VOIP provider Inclarity has selected Comverse IPCentrex and IP Trunking Solutions to provide FMC services to its enterprise customers.

“Inclarity’s vision is to enable companies of all sizes to communicate more effectively and efficiently,” commented Adrian Hughes, CEO of Inclarity. “Comverse is our strategic partner and we have been working with them for over five years to extend our footprint in the managed VoIP market. Comverse Converged IPCentrex enables us to sharpen our differentiation and offer real FMC for the first time, enabling our customers to be more flexible in their communications and significantly cut costs.”

Comverse offers a range of solutions that enable operators and service providers to deliver hosted telephony services to all sizes of businesses with various needs and work styles, including office-based, remote workers, nomadic workers and frequent travelers. The solutions include advanced telephony features and integrated applications, such as unified communications and messaging, conferencing, automated attendant services, and Web-based personal self-care portals. These services are available from fixed IP phones or dual-mode WiFi/cellular handsets.

The Comverse IP Trunking solution embeds an integrated session border controller (SBC) that enables service providers to provide a secure fixed telephony service for calls to and from the enterprise PBXs that bypass the PSTN. Service providers can also offer a cost-effective enterprise VPN solution for handling the telephony traffic between the enterprise sites.

“We are pleased to be a part of Inclarity’s plans for expansion into the hosted telephony market for the enterprise segment,” said Benny Einhorn, President of EMEA and Corporate Chief Marketing Officer of Comverse. “Our award-winning Converged IPCentrex includes sophisticated IP telephony and FMC services that increase employee satisfaction and enterprise productivity. In today’s converging telecommunications landscape, the roles of service providers are becoming blurred and Comverse solutions for Converged IP Communications, Converged Billing and Value-added Services, support operators’ initiatives to strengthen market position.”
