In Call Solutions, the channel only provider of inbound non-geographic services, will officially unveil its much anticipated ‘Number Manager’ platform at the forthcoming Convergence Summit North event in March, to be held in their home town of Manchester.
The company says that Number Manager will be the first inbound platform where resellers can get everything they need in one place, allowing them to self-build and self-manage any aspect of their client’s numbers and services in real-time. Simple or highly complex call routing plans, even multi-level IVR’s, network based call recording or queuing, can be created or modified in seconds, without the need to place manual orders or rely on third parties.
Commenting on their launch, Commercial Director James Doak said “Number Manager is already hotly anticipated. We think it will be the market leading platform for providers of inbound services. We spent a great deal of time assessing what was already in the market, and we found not one solution was the complete white-label product that resellers want, and all had key aspects missing.”
“The criteria we set our developers was pretty ambitious. We have had a team working on Number Manager for over 12 months, and we are all delighted with the result. We feel we have created the platform that ticks all the boxes in terms of available user functionality,” said Doak.
Started in 2006, ICS provide white-label NGN numbers and services exclusively via the UK reseller channel, and now boast over 9000 end-user business customers, through a reseller channel around 140 strong. Building on the success of their 2006 platform, ICS anticipate Number Manager will surpass previous successes, and offers a greater degree of technical functionality.
Managing Director Peter Crooks said, “We have demonstrated the new platform to a number of our existing resellers so far, and the feedback without exception is very positive. Number Manager has far more capability than even the legacy platform, which has been a huge success for us, such as more sophisticated hunt group options, simultaneous calling, our mid call transfer feature, the audio library, as well as management information and reporting second to none.”
ICS are also close to revealing the Number Manager iPhone application, allowing resellers or end user customers to modify call plans, activate disaster recovery in emergency, or view call activity reports whilst on the move, and aim to have this available to view at the show in March.
