InTechnology seeks new partners to adopt hosted solutions

InTechnology, who says they are ahead of the curve for Unified Communications and cloud computing solutions, is seeking to increase the number of partners and resellers that can adopt one or many of its multiple services.

The company says that with many traditional PBX and telco resellers looking to adopt hosted solutions, they are encouraging potential partners to take advantage of its network capacity, its own state of the art data centre and its wholesale rates.

Phillip Toms, Partner Sales Manager at InTechnology, explains: “We’re actively recruiting partners who can white label our Unified Communications solutions and drive them out to market.”

“We recently launched the UK’s first Unified Communications solution with integrated IP telephony, video calling and audio/video conferencing on demand. Until then, fully featured voice had been the missing link for all true Unified Comms solutions. It can now be integrated with enterprise class telephony at the desktop, resulting in a reduction in unwanted email and voice messages of 50 per cent, in addition to cost savings and a reduced carbon footprint. It’s a compelling proposition for customers and will result in excellent margins for resellers.

Available on a pay as you go basis, these solutions provide businesses with a unique set of integrated hosted voice and communication services including e-mail, instant messaging, presence, shared calendars, shared desktops, video calling, conferencing, and, as a UK first, integrated hosted IP telephony.”

InTechnology is also looking to increase the number of reciprocal partnerships, where software providers for example take advantage of InTechnology’s cloud. To this end, InTechnology recently partnered with e-know.net, a UK managed services provider that delivers Application Hosting, Software as a Service (SaaS) and DR and Business Continuity solutions. The growing demand to exchange some of the cost and complexity of in-house IT infrastructures for simple, fixed price, high-grade delivery of managed alternatives is ever strong. InTechnology says cloud computing and the potential of both fully managed and SaaS solutions are now clearly on the radar and if clients are keen to move down this route then providers must be able to offer them a safe and painless journey.

e-know.net are a managed services and professional services specialist, deploying fully managed and hosted desktops inclusive of Microsoft Office, Exchange and line of business software, for over 10 years, to more than 7,500 users in 20 countries.

Helen Newman, Marketing Manager at e-know.net, comments: “Offering a route for vendors to put their suite of solutions in the cloud is the obvious starting point but before long clients are keen to explore the wider outsourcing opportunities. By partnering with InTechnology, we can enable businesses to enjoy the flexibility of a centralised solution that integrates with their day to day business processes, with minimal upfront investment and full 24x7 support.”
