At the Peterborough Holiday Inn, guests at the gala dinner heard from Integra ICT‘s Managing Director, Pas Ruggiero, that 2011 had been one of the most successful in the company’s 20+ year history. “By focusing on our clients we grew our profitability by 20% during 2011”, said Pas, “Integra’s core philosophy of the 5C’s; Commitment, Communication, Collaboration, Client Focus and Constant and Never-ending Improvement (CANI) were at the heart of this success.”
However the event didn’t just reflect on the success of 2011, the Siemens and Mitel reseller announced its acquisition of a Hertfordshire IT company, Applied IT. “As our customers increasingly look to Integra to provide integrated voice and desktop solutions, it makes sense to acquire an organisation which will complement our core voice expertise” said Pas. Stewart Peart, Managing Director of Applied IT who will continue to be part of the new organisation commented “Applied IT has been built with a client-focus and it’s exciting to now be part of a larger company which shares this philosophy.”
