The move has been prompted by industry feedback which highlighted the need particularly among small hotel owners for three memory variants. The one button option supports the growing use of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to manage guest access.
The variants are available for the well established Voyager Standard models whose high build quality and reliability is reflected in a full ten year warranty. Key features of all phones in the range include triple standard message waiting - with protection against high voltage, reverse polarity and voltage drop – ELR, TBR and MF compatibility plus ringer indicator light, volume and pitch adjustment. They are also certified by Avaya as compatible with the IP Office system, the combination giving hoteliers access to a low cost, feature rich IP telephony solution.
