Nimans’ resellers have been ‘logging on’ to discover more about a complete suite of call management, reporting and recording solutions, specifically designed for Panasonic systems.

Nimans recently announced a new partnership with Panasonic’s Selected Gold Partner, Poltys – and its first informative webinar attracted resellers from all over the country, as they learned about the latest product developments and a 50% special offer discount during the 40 minute session.

Call Centre applications, business productivity, collaboration and healthcare are some of its many areas of expertise along with dedicated modules for Panasonic’s Communication Assistant productivity application suite. An overview and demonstration of its CCView call management suite – with enhanced Automatic Call Distribution Monitoring and reporting (including wallboard functionality) took centre stage, along with a feature-rich mobility solution.
