Invosys Evolves From Within

Unified Comms
Invosys is rounding off an exciting year with the announcement of a string of internal promotions across the business, as the company continues to grow and evolve in a bid to lead a telecoms revolution.

Anna Hoban has been promoted to Head of Operations in a role created to drive and develop customer service. Excellence in this area has always been a key focus for Invosys and Anna will implement additional training with a slant on nurturing and mentoring the team, equipping them to continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Darren Singleton and Ed Cheung take on the new roles of Pre-Sales Project Managers, collaborating with the sales team on bringing new business on board. The pair will focus on providing additional insight and knowledge on products and services, as well as the efficient delivery of projects to continue to boost business revenue.

Dan Fish takes on the role of Chief People Officer, building on the company’s strong commitment to staff development and wellbeing. Dan will continue to develop this, building a company ethos focusing on encouraging staff to thrive. He will also drive a recruitment strategy to attract and develop a team of world-class communications experts who will be rewarded with transparency, autonomy and collaboration at work.

Elsewhere in the company, Dave Brocklehurst has been promoted to BDM in a role which will see him on the road in a customer facing role and Ellie Hazelwood has been promoted to the Sales Team as a Telephone BDM, while Luke Grannell has been promoted to Billing & Credit Control Manager.

The past 12 months has seen Invosys continue to go from strength to strength in terms of customers, staff and product offering. Earlier this year, the company launched a revolutionary hosted proposition to integrate with Number Manager, different from virtually anything else on the existing market.

Invosys Hosted was launched as part of Invosys’ mission to create change and offer choice in the channel, while challenging the big clunky telcos that Invosys wants to compete with – and encouraging customers to try something new and exciting, which is better and simpler.

Peter Crooks, COO said, “2017 has been an incredible year for the company which has seen the launch of our new Hosted system and an edgy re-brand, marking a change in strategic direction in the business.

“We’ve always invested heavily in our people - and it’s paid off. The staff who have been promoted are loyal members of the Invosys team and we know they are pivotal in helping us achieve our ambitious plans to shake up the channel and challenge the telecoms establishment with better, simpler and smarter products.
