Farrell will be responsible for fulfilling IPCortex’s renewed and ambitious partner recruitment and enablement strategy for their Service Provider Platform, developed to address hosted operators’ need to differentiate their communication and collaboration services.
Farrell, who brings over 10 years experience from within hosted service providers and resellers, comments; “The IPCortex Service Provider Platform is growing 100% year on year, and has catapulted our existing partners’ recurring voice revenue and enabled growth of other related services like connectivity. One of the reasons for this growth is that hosted comms is no longer just the remit of small businesses alone - feature rich platforms and embedded comms are moving the conversation away from the dialtone.
