Jabra, the provider of hands-free headset and in-car speakerphone solutions, has appointed Suzaan Sauerman as marketing director EMEA & APAC. Sauerman will head up Jabra’s marketing and channel sales strategy, focusing on reinforcing Jabra’s claimed position as the number one brand in the hands-free communications market.
Sauerman, who has over ten years’ experience working in the telecommunications sector, will drive high impact marketing programmes, establishing strategic channel partnerships and manage PR and communications teams in countries within the EMEA and APAC regions.
Sauerman joins Jabra from Motorola, where she worked for nine years developing her expertise in channel strategy and marketing through roles as Director of Channel Management EMEA and Channel Marketing Director EMEA. Prior to this, she held a number of other PR and marketing roles, including Channel Programme Manager Specialist at T-Mobile.
Based in Jabra’s headquarters in Denmark, Sauerman will report directly to Viggo Olsen, General Manager, JABRA EMEA Mobile, who comments: ”Suzaan has proven her ability to devise and implement channel, sales and marketing plans that can really make an impact for global telecommunications brands.
