LAN3, the specialist networking and network security reseller, has achieved record growth levels for its business year ended May 2012, almost doubling in revenue from £2.9 million to £5.1 million, whilst increasing staff numbers from 11 to 22 over the same period. The company has also achieved Platinum partner status with Extreme Networks in just 18 months.

LAN3 offers a wide range of networking and network security solutions, including all related services from data cabling, supply of hardware/software, its installation and configuration, to training and pre and post sales technical support and maintenance.

Looking to the future, LAN3 is not sitting on its laurels. With an aggressive growth figure of £7.1 million set for the next 12 months, the company has plans to extend its portfolio to include not only wireless, LAN and security products but data centre products and a fully managed cloud offering for its wireless customer base. This will be achieved with the help of key partners such as Aerohive.
