The Financial Services Authority now requires that the mobile phone calls of advisers within the industry, are recorded (as of 14 November 2011) and Voxsmart have made more market solution inroads towards this, than any other solution provider to date. The main reason for this is Voxsmart’s unique approach to mobile call recording that meets selection criteria for security, ease of use, ease of administration and minimal risk.
