Mainline gives dealers a helping hand

Mainline Digital Communications is helping to keep independent dealers up to speed with all the latest information with the launch of a comprehensive new dealer handbook.

The leading Orange distributor has taken feedback from its dealers and developed the handbook, which contains critical information to enable dealers to connect their customers with greater efficiency, making the process smoother from start to finish. It covers everything about working with Orange and Mainline, in one place for quick and easy reference.

The first section consists of iSell, Mainline’s monthly publication for its dealer customers, which is its source for pricing, knowledge and commissions. The second section contains important updates from Orange and Mainline, and allows dealers to build a valuable resource of all the latest information. The final part consists of Mainline’s procedures manual, which includes detail on operational procedures, account processes as well as key contacts.

An appendix contains useful forms and documents, such as multiple connections sheets and credit check templates to help speed up processes.

Designed to help dealers to sell and connect to Orange more efficiently, the handbook will be updated on a regular basis via email downloads.

Gail Hollinshead, Mainline’s director of dealer sales, stated: “Mainline is continually looking to improve its service offering to its dealers. With the introduction of the new handbook, dealers will have all the information about working with Orange and Mainline close to hand.”

Brian McGeachie from Berry Consultants, commented: “It’s a good idea to have all this information in one place. It’s great for referencing a quick query or obtaining a document template, helping me manage my customers and their needs more efficiently.”
