EE distributor Mainline Digital Communications has realigned its customer support functions in order to further enhance its service to mobile dealers and IT resellers and to effectively manage the continuing growth in its dealer base.
Following detailed analysis of its customer base, Mainline has split the UK into three geographical regions, each being serviced by a dedicated team of business development managers, internal account managers, sales support executives and customer services staff.
Mainline has also increased the size of its team focusing on IT resellers and converged solution suppliers, reflecting the increase both in interest and in business from these market sectors.
“The advent of 4G and the launch of a range of exciting new devices from different manufacturers has led to increased activity in the channel,” says Mainline managing director Andrew Boden. “We want to ensure we are in the best possible position to provide any dealer or reseller who works with Mainline with the support required to make the most of any sales opportunity that comes their way.”
