MATRIXX Software has announced the launch of the MyNOW Solution for mobile operators, putting the power of customer experience directly in the hands of subscribers

MATRIXX’s patent-pending NOW technology provides the speed and efficiency required to ensure subscriber information and balances are updated and communicated in real-time. With the MyNOW Solution, operators can deploy an intuitive, interactive mobile app for their subscribers that reflects accurate usage information and provides a much deeper level of personalization.

The MyNOW app allows customers to control their own experience, better understand their tariff plans and usage, and intuitively personalize services to suit their needs. They can share and allocate data packages between devices and family members, see which of their applications consume the most data, purchase additional credit or take advantage of targeted offers and discounts, all in the moment. The MyNOW app is powered by the IntelligenceNOW server leveraging MATRIXX Software’s ground-breaking real-time charging technology.

“We’re driving the ‘NOW’ revolution of instant gratification for the Supermobile generation,” said Dave Labuda, Founder and CEO of MATRIXX Software. “For too long, subscribers have been confused by data pricing and consumption. They’ve only had access to balance information that is out of date and therefore irrelevant. Armed with real-time account transparency and control, the MyNOW app puts subscribers in the driver’s seat and lets them decide how they want to spend their money”

The MyNOW Solution takes a plug-and-play approach. It is quickly deployable as a stand-alone solution, and works in conjunction with existing B/OSS assets. The IntelligenceNOW server provides the connection between the MyNOW app and the subscriber’s usage and tariff information. It can serve up accurate and timely information and analytics about a subscriber’s usage and provide options and controls based on subscriber preferences and usage patterns.

Commenting on this trend, Karl Whitelock, Director of OSS/BSS Strategy at Stratecast said “Everything that the subscriber does is in real-time – except interaction with their mobile service provider. This type of solution fulfils that need, while holding significant benefits for the operator such as increased customer loyalty, spend, and the provision of an optimal mobile broadband experience.”
