Distributor Mayflex has announced a significant recruitment drive to fill a number of key sales positions to support the UK, International and the Middle East markets currently served by the business.
Within the UK the vacancies fall across Mayflex’s three distinct areas: Cabling Infrastructure, Networking and IP Physical Security. The Cabling Infrastructure team are looking for Account Managers at the installer and sub-distribution level as well as a Business Development Manager that can help to promote the Excel range to the consultant and M&E market and ensure that the Excel brand is specified on relevant tenders.
Mayflex is looking for a Networking Sales Manager to head up the successful team of Vendor Managers who have the responsibility for the networking range of products including APC MGE, Aruba Networks, Extreme Networks and LevelOne. Together with new Account Manager positions to focus on the channel and the retail market for both the existing product ranges and new product launches to be announced in the near future.
The IP Physical Security team is also expanding, Mayflex is looking for at least two new Account Managers to help support the installer base within the UK, to target this massive growth area.
To support all of the above Mayflex is also looking to increase their internal business development teams based at the Birmingham HQ or the satellite office in Reading and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced staff.
On the International side Mayflex are looking to fill a number of business development roles in Spain, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. Ideally the candidates will be native to the countries in question or at least will be fluent in the local language. For the Middle East office they are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with at least 3 years management experience who can support the team of 8 field sales staff who currently work out of the Dubai office and have the responsibility for sales across the Middle East.
