MDSL supports BT Global Services

MDSL announced an agreement with BT to include new MDSL TEM services in BT‘s portfolio of managed mobility expenses services for enterprise and public sector customers around the world.

The agreement covers MDSL’s range of Mobile TEM products and services and is the result of a comprehensive vendor selection process led by BT. Under the terms of the agreement, BT Global Services will offer TEM Mobility services from the MDSL portfolio to its customers worldwide.

Ben Mendoza, CEO of MDSL commented: “We are extremely pleased to be working with BT on new opportunities and routes to market for both organisations. This agreement opens up a range of growth opportunities around the world on which, with its global reach and capabilities, MDSL is well-placed to capitalise.”

He continued: “This agreement reflects the growing demand across the world for mobile TEM solutions, and the depth and quality of MDSL’s solutions. We welcome the opportunity to bring significant added value to BT Global Services customers”.

Jonathan Brasnett, Head of Global Mobility Capability, BT Global Services, commented: “The addition of MDSL Mobile Telecom Expense management to our BT Managed Mobility Expenses portfolio enables us to provide our customers with more flexibility and choice to meet their individual needs. Managing and controlling mobility expenditure is key for our customers right now, given their increasing acceptance of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and the potential that this creates for significant growth in data usage and the associated costs.

“Working with MDSL, BT Managed Mobility Expenses will give customers visibility of their global mobility expenditure and provide recommendations to drive down costs by maximising tariffs and changing user behaviour.”
