John Bird, Micro-P’s technical manager will run courses in the North and South alongside Samsung trained engineers. Alex Lister Micro-P’s general manager of communications stated ‘These bespoke training courses are a joint venture between Micro-P and Samsung, aimed at providing the reseller with all the tools needed to supply its customers with fully integrated, end to end solutions. Due to the positive response from a number of resellers we have increased the number of dates available to meet demand. The course is packed with valuable hands on information, vital for resellers to deliver and install Samsung effectively’
The course will cover all new features and applications, specifically the os7200,OS communicator, new range of IP handsets and general IPT,OAS module, new features from the SVM120and V4.40 and much more.
