NEC awards top performers at 2010 EMEA Partner Conference

The NEC conference brought together EMEA region NEC divisions and their partners. During the three day conference, awards were presented to resellers from across Europe for their excellent performances.

The award for Fastest Growing Reseller was snapped up by Peach, and Managing Director Darren Scott-Healy said that is was a massive honour to receive the prize. “I am delighted to have won against tough competition. This award recognises our dedication to providing quality customer service.” This is another great addition to a successful year for Peach, who won places on the NEC Passion for Speed incentive after an excellent sales performance.

The prize for Fastest Growing Distributor was received by Trust. “The award is testament to our team and their commitment to customers that we have both recruited and retained in increasing numbers since the launch of the SV8100 NEC platform,” said Director Vincent Leahy, claiming that winning the award despite operating in a difficult financial climate for business made the achievement even more gratifying.

Nimans proved to be another top distribution partner, receiving recognition for Best Brand Awareness Creation Partner. Lynnette Smith, Business Manager for NEC, claimed that NEC is very easy to work with. “It’s a very progressive partnership and their great product range gives us plenty to shout about.” she said.

The award for Top Reseller in Europe was received by Global4. Managing Director Nigel Barnett was thrilled to receive the prize, and claimed that their success in winning the most coveted award was due in large part to a great product. “NEC does what it says on the tin. The product fits all environments and the support is spot on.” he said.

NEC’s excellent partners have contributed to the company’s success in becoming the fastest growing market player. Lex de Gier, Vice President Marketing & Sales at NEC Unified Solutions, expressed his appreciation for the strong commitment the business partners of NEC have shown. “It is immensely inspiring to experience the enthusiasm of our business partners for our brand, our portfolio and our way of working”, claimed Lex de Gier.
