NEC have been organising free workshops to help their business partners to boost their solution selling potential. The latest event was a session with an industry expert to help resellers to understand the business needs of contact centres.
With focus on the UCB Contact Centre application, attendees were encouraged to consider which technologies are of most interest to the constantly evolving contact centre market. This included a discussion on how best to demonstrate the business benefits of multimedia queuing.
