John Pointer has recently joined the NeoWave technical support team to deliver engineering training and pre and post-sales support for new and existing reseller partners specifically for the brand new A400 business communications sever from Aastra.
Pointer’s expertise in this arena includes similar roles with Cable & Wireless and BT as well as many years spent as a field based engineer on many different systems.
