James joins PSU from Symantec, where as Senior Operational Acceptance Manager, he was responsible for managing all aspects of the business’ project service and operational level agreements. He also played a key part in managing Symantec’s service transition and delivery of cloud computing. James brings a wealth of IT service delivery experience at a senior level, including a number of years with Message Labs, and is a certified ITIL and PRINCE2 practitioner.
Reporting to the Group’s Technical Director, Nigel Davies, James will be responsible for developing and executing PSU’s service delivery strategy. This will incorporate all aspects of business operations, with the overall aim of enhancing business growth and efficiency.
