CTI Group, a leading provider of ebilling and bill analysis, VoIP and mobile telephony applications, has announced a new appointment as part of the company’s strategy to grow its business in EMEA. Michael Lightfoot has moved from Multimap to take on the role of Business Development Director.
Lightfoot will be using his extensive experience in developing markets, strategic alliances and product differentiators to drive CTI Group’s ebilling and analysis product set. He adds; “My role at CTI Group will focus on forging new partnerships with systems integrators and establishing strategic alliances to drive broader adoption of CTI solutions across EMEA.”
Prior to Multimap, Lightfoot was EMEA Business Development Manager at Microsoft where he worked specifically with partners and the channel. He adds: “My EMEA experience has provided me with extensive knowledge and understanding of this market, which I intend to utilise in my new responsibility for growing CTI Group’s business in both new and existing markets.”
