New Partner Portal from Sharedband

Sharedband has launched a new portal for channel reseller partners to manage multiple customer accounts easily online using a single log-in. Once signed-in to the secure portal a reseller can see performance parameters for a variety of customer account activities related to the Sharedband bonded internet solution. This includes active and non-active status on bonded connections.

This type of approach to managing resellers and allowing resellers to access services easily online has proved a popular path with man suppliers in the channel of late. Resellers can also access the new private web portal to create new customer accounts, add or delete lines and IPs, as well as monitoring their customers' performance. Multiple staff log-ins for the portal provide for varying levels of access. The portal records full audit trails on all activity on a customer account so that any changes can be traced back to authorised user and date. An open API allows the portal to interface with other reseller applications such as a billing platform.
