New Recruits at VoIP Unlimited

Poole-based telecommunications firm VoIP Unlimited has strengthened its team with the appointment of three new recruits, Kevin Knaggs, Adam Bialy and Lorraine Meeks.

Kevin Knaggs and Adam Bialy join the VoIP support team as line support technician and systems administrator respectively.

With more than eight years’ IT experience, as a line support technician Kevin will be responsible for liaising with the firm’s independent IT dealer network in order to provide support with VoIP technology as and when required. He will oversee call routing matters, broadband connectivity and any installation queries that arise via any of the IT companies that supply VoIP Unlimited services directly to customers.

Gaining IT experience in both the UK and Poland, Adam joins as systems administrator and his main responsibilities include the management, planning and on-going maintenance of VoIP Unlimited’s systems. Adam will also support the technical director with the on-going development of products.

Lorraine Meeks has been appointed as company accountant and heads the accounts team. With previous accounting experience in the telecoms industry, Lorraine will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting procedures to ensure future growth.
