New Siemens Product Developments Being Unveiled by Nimans

Resellers are being invited to learn more about the latest product developments from Siemens at two educational roadshows being hosted by Nimans. The Milton Keynes and Manchester events will outline details of the HiPath 3000 Version 7 system update and also several other innovative new initiatives including the world’s first open communications device, OpenStage.

Siemens Business Manager for Nimans, Mike Tongue, said the half-day sessions will provide a valuable insight into the latest ways resellers can boost their businesses both in the short and mid term.

“The roadshows provide the perfect opportunity for resellers to see and learn about the latest product initiatives and hear more about the vendor’s future plans. The Version 7 update will provide one of the biggest talking points as it provides many additional user friendly features and opens the door to the OpenStage handset technology.

“OpenStage is being hailed as a totally new generation of phones which set the benchmark for open unified communications. These stylish devices are packed with many powerful features and represent what we feel is the future of integrated communications, providing an intuitive and engaging user experience.”

Tongue added: “In addition to OpenStage, Version 7 enhances ‘Fixed Mobile Convenience’ by improving customer mobility through the integration of GSM mobile phones, along with much improved functionality. There are also three options of ‘Hipath Mobility’ which are based on integrating mobile phones onto a telephone system. Call handover from fixed line to mobile is now possible.”
