With more than 26 years technology sales, management and senior executive experience in the communications industry, Payne brings a wealth of extensive, in-depth commercial knowledge as well as a proven track record in leading sales teams in fast growing technology companies. Prior to joining Polycom, Payne was the Director of Global Sales at Obsidian Wireless, driving sales of fixed to mobile converged (FMC) solutions. He also held senior management positions at a number of leading technology companies including Touch Telecom, Avaya and Siemens.
