Nimans has announced a new two-day Avaya IP Office training programme for sales staff who want to boost their product knowledge. The first workshop takes place at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters on September 21st and 22nd with a follow-up planned for Guildford on October 1st and 2nd.
Sarah Linnett, the company’s Avaya Business Manager, says the course has been developed to provide a complete overview of IP Office applications. “We used to run half day courses over several months looking at specific areas such as Voicemail Pro and Client Applications. Now there is one convenient in-depth session for sales staff who want to expand their product knowledge.”
She emphasised: “This is not aimed at technical staff, but those involved in the sales process, so they have all the up-to-date information to enable them sell with more confidence and answer any customer queries in more detail.”
