This means end-users will benefit from the latest product features and enhancements through the software upgrade release programme which is integral to Polycom’s service contracts. In addition they will also gain access to Polycom’s conference and collaboration support experts and its services website as part of their support package.
The move follows the recent announcement by Nimans’ newly appointed Head of Indirect Sales, Nigel Raine, that he plans to complement the company’s strengths in product distribution with additional service led solutions.
