Nimans Gets High on Headsets

A new headset partnership with Australian brand Addcom is going from strength to strength for Nimans and Rocom. Month-on-month sales are rising by 30% since the distributors introduced the new name to their comprehensive headset ranges last year.

Nimans’ and Rocom’s Headset Business Manager, James Burns, says Addcom is an international manufacturer of high quality headsets and telecommunications equipment, backed by a 10-year trading pedigree. The company specialise in products for contact centre and office environments and is particularly strong in Australia and Asia.

Burns says the partnership has so far exceeded expectations with sales particularly strong over the last four months. “Addcom is a relatively new name in this country but has built up an impressive international reputation over the last decade for combining style with high performance durable products,” he pointed out. “Their cost effective headset solutions provide resellers with a competitive market advantage, providing them with a broader portfolio of quality products.”

Burns highlighted the Performance Plus II range as a popular component of Addcom’s impressive headset portfolio. The ADD-800 monaural model for example features a unique clickstop adjustable boom, noise cancelling microphone and flexible microphone boom as part of a lightweight and durable overall design.

Craig Alvarez, Addcom’s Managing Director, explained: “We wanted to partner with market leaders and team-up with the two biggest names in UK telecoms distribution. We are delighted with the progress being made. Nimans and Rocom are giving us a very strong platform on which to take the brand to the next level in the UK market.”
