Nimans’ Quantum Leap Is A Sign Of The Times

Nimans is urging resellers to take a quantum leap and join the convergence revolution, as the distributor continues to evolve from its traditional voice origins – adding O2 to its growing list of high profile partners.

The 100% reseller focused distributor says it has taken a ‘leap of faith’ by embracing, technologies such as hosted, mobile and SaaS solutions which are all underpinned by a dedicated wholesale Network Services division. It is advising customers to follow suit.

Head of Network Services, Mark Curtis Wood, says the company has spent several years building up a comprehensive portfolio and is ideally placed to help resellers “avoid the pain” of transition to the latest communication developments.

“Nimans has become a genuine network services aggregator, working with many leading names including new business partnerships in the hosted PBX telephony market and also the mobile arena such as O2,” he explained.

“Driving the adoption of Unified Communications is another key strand of our overall strategy as we continue to develop from the voice arena into a fully converged value add distributor, reinforcing our pedigree as a single source solution provider, based on delivering margin-rich opportunities.”

Mark added: “We understand a leap of faith is required for many resellers. Access to trusted partners is key in any transition. Nimans is taking the lead based on a trading pedigree stretching back more than 30 years. We are investing in next generation technology ourselves such as equipping our staff with Microsoft Lync so they are ideally placed to offer the best impartial advice and service. We are working with multiple suppliers at different levels to bring together one solution which ultimately helps our resellers enjoy pain free expansion.”
