WLAN, general systems, mobility, voicemail and advanced VoIP are all covered as part of a comprehensive training programme designed to ensure installers are fully up to speed with Samsung’s advanced and evolving technologies.
For example Wireless Enterprise for WLAN Professionals is a two-day course that takes place at Chertsey on various dates throughout the year, beginning on 15th-16th February. Delegates must have a sound working knowledge of Enterprise WLAN Solutions beforehand.
OfficeServ Foundation is a three-day course where a minimum of three months previous experience is required. 6th-8th March and 8th-10th May are some of the initial courses available.
