Applications vendor New Media Software has launched a news series of low cost but highly functional call recorders under the Adaptive Call Recorder brand.
The products address a wide range of applications starting with an 8 channel BRI model plus 15 and 30 channel PRI units. 60 and 90 channel units will be available later this month.
Significantly NMS has made each of the models available in three software versions, Basic, Standard and Professional.
NMS Managing Director Phill McGowan explains, “A significant number of users want to use call recording for quality monitoring purposes only and our ‘Basic’ software version which records all calls and stores them on the system for 90 days is a perfect solution. For those users with more demanding applications or those that need to meet regulatory requirements the ‘Standard’ package permanently stores the messages whilst encryption and .WAV file format conversion for easy transfer of messages within an organisation are available on the ‘Professional’ version.”
Prices start at just £3250 RRP for the Basic software 8 channel model and reach £6000.00 for the Professional 30 channel model. Prices are yet to be released for the anticipated larger systems.
