No trick to Cavendish treats

The sales and customer service teams at Cavendish Communications in Newhaven took to Halloween fancy dress on Friday to raise money for charity. Dressed as witches, werewolves, devils and even Freddy Krueger, the team at Cavendish managed to raise £100 for two of the charities they support, Breast Cancer Awareness and IASIS, a medical charity providing sight saving operations to poverty stricken people in places such as Ethiopia.

Director Nicky Walker commented, “We were surprised at how keen everybody was to dress up. Some of the team went to a lot of effort with their costumes and must have startled a few people on their way to work.”

Nicky Walker went on to say, “We are recruiting for new sales staff at the moment and hope any prospective candidates were not put off by the unusual greeting they may have received today.”

The team at Cavendish were hoping customers would be bewitched by their charity efforts and all seemed to have “spooktacular” fun.
