Node 4 launches bundled IP Telephony purchase options that simplify the switch to Hosted IP

Node 4 a UK-based developer of VoIP telephony on Cisco Call Manager has launched a special bundling option within its “hostTALK™” hosted IP telephony services.

The company is bundling its VoIP telephony and broadband services as a packaged deal to its business customers as a replacement for PBX and is similar in concept to pricing models adopted by the mobile phone industry.

According to Andy Gilbert, MD at Node 4, "The move means that Node4’s customers won’t have to work out how much they are paying for VoIP services as they get a single price that covers what their expected usage will be. The hostTALK bundling will also aid businesses to concentrate on their core operations by reducing the time and resource spent on telephony requirements as the options include Cisco IP Phones, extensions, voicemail services, broadband and everything needed for a fixed monthly fee". The offerings also include packaged minutes (e.g. 40 phones with 10000 minutes a month included).

Continuing Gilbert said “This option allows Node 4’s customers to benefit from lower prices for their volume purchase commitments . Our customers value the ability to reduce buying decision-making by being given a single price for a variable costing commodity”.

“Service providers need to constantly develop competitive VoIP offerings and we have already seen a lot of interest in this offer from our customers” said Gilbert. "The combination of Node 4’s reputation and this hostTALK bundling option makes this a very attractive offer for anyone seriously looking switching to an IP-based solution”.

hostTALK will be exhibiting at The Convergence Summit.
