Node4 is proud to announce that it has become NHS’s Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) compliant.

The Health and Social Care Network (HSCN) is a new data network providing a reliable, efficient and flexible way for health and social care organisations to access and exchange electronic information.

Vicky Withey, Compliance Manager, Node4 comments; “The HSCN allows the health and social care to transform patient care and services through greater connectivity, making data and information fully accessible to clinicians, health and care professionals and citizens. Node4 has successfully completed the criteria required for HSCN compliance, including meeting rigorous third-party standards. We are one of the handful of organisations to achieve this standard and I am pleased that the public sector team can grow this market sector.”

“Now that Node4 is fully HSCN compliant, we are able to grow our presence in the health and care sector. We are able to provide our connectivity services and HCS collaboration platform to end users; and help the NHS and other organisations alike with security infrastructure challenges. We can further build new relationships and enhance our key capabilities in this sector; particularly with our unique proposition being a leading UK IT and Communications provider with solely owned data centres,” said Paula Johnston, Head of Public Sector at Node4.

Paul Bryce, Business Development Director, Node4, adds; “The HSCN compliance enables us to continue to build on our success in the health and care sector and deliver high quality, reliable connectivity services and other technologies to customers in this area.”
