Joint CEO of Oak, James Emm, states ' It is important that Capstan/LG-Nortel resellers are able to sell our products alongside LG-Nortel confident in the knowledge of correct inter-working, and technical support from both companies, and that LG-Nortel resellers can still enjoy their previous margins on Oak products.'
Gordon Smythe, Managing Director of Capstan comments ' The relationship with Oak is arms-length in that Capstan will not be directly involved in the distribution of Oak products, as distributors can add little value, but the relationship does ensure that our resellers get the commercial arrangements and support they need to sell and maintain Oak products, and we are working closely with Oak to achieve this'.
James Emm concluded, "As always, Oak's School of Excellence will available for reseller training for Capstan LG resellers."
