Following the recent success of its series of BlackBerry training sessions, Mainline Digital Communications has launched a brand new incentive programme designed to help dealers to motivate their staff and to boost sales.

The promotion, in conjunction with Everything Everywhere and BlackBerry, is running until 30th September and is open to all members of staff from each active Mainline dealer.

Dealers log onto the Mainline website, enter their BlackBerry business IMEI for any new or upgraded BlackBerry business connection and click the instant win button to see if they have won a spot prize. Prizes include mountain bikes, sporting goods vouchers and tickets to see the England cricket team take on South Africa at Edgbaston in a Twenty20 match.

Mainline is helping its dealers to promote the incentive to their staff by providing eye-catching A3 and A2 posters as well as A5 flyers to highlight the competition. Dealers simply log on to Mainline’s blueprint portal to order their dual-branded marketing material.

“Our dealers’ sales teams put in a lot of hard work on a daily basis,” says Andrew Boden, Mainline’s managing director. “This incentive will help them to remain motivated and enthusiastic by providing them with the opportunity to win a great prize with every BlackBerry sale they make.”

Mainline has also made a significant investment in its top performing dealers and has launched a three-month lead generation telemarketing programme on their behalf. In addition, there are bonuses of £20 on a BlackBerry Bold 9790 and £12 for a BlackBerry Curve 9320 for dealers who attended the training sessions and a free car kit cradle worth £29.99 for every BlackBerry handset purchased in August.

The award-winning distributor is planning further training sessions in August. These meetings will cover key sales topics such as understanding customer needs and overcoming sales objections, as well as providing dealers with a detailed review of the BlackBerry product portfolio.
