Orange and Avenir Telecom announce joint channel incentive programme

Avenir Telecom, the UK business to business telecoms distributor, has announced a three month channel incentive programme in collaboration with Orange. The 'It Makes Sense' incentive will reward sales of Orange business, mobile broadband and BlackBerry converged connections with prizes and holidays.

Orange's national sales manager, Marko O'Meara, stated: "Avenir clients have been fundamental to the growth of our business connections and converged connections. To say nothing of the proliferation of our mobile broadband dongles across the UK business community. Our work together on 2008's 'Celebrate!' incentive was a great success, so we're looking forward to working with, and recognising the success of, their client base with this new promotion."

Avenir Telecom's managing director, Andy Tow, said: "Our clients may be familiar with the structure; guaranteed per connection payouts above target, weekly awards and a grand final award. We hope they'll agree we've outdone ourselves with what's on offer. With Orange's tariffs and strategies aimed at all customer touch points, we've set a stream of weekly awards based around all five senses: smell, sight, sound, taste and touch. So for the 'smell' element, rewards include aromatherapy sessions, a 'Connoisseur's Masterclass' for two at Claridge's for 'taste' and a weekend in Venice for 'see'."

All these weekly awards build up to a final, grand prize in which Avenir's top performing Orange client will win an all expenses paid trip, blasting all five senses, to either Marrakech, Las Vegas, Jamaica, or a Kenyan Safari.
