O’Shea to Add Volume for Azlan SME Business

Azlan, the value-added networking division of Computer 2000, has appointed Gavin O’Shea as Volume Networking Business Manager to co-ordinate sales and marketing in partnership with key vendors and ensure that SME resellers can reap the full rewards of these initiatives.

O ‘Shea is joining to Azlan from Ingram Micro where he had performed a similar role for the past year. Previously he spent a short time with a vendor organisation and six years working within the Networking Business Unit at Computer 2000 in a number of roles and for the final three years as a Business Manager.

He believes that Azlan has a very bright future and can use the experience and resources that Computer 2000 has at its disposal to good effect for SME networking resellers. “Azlan has a great reputation in networking and strong relationships with key vendor partners such as Cisco and HP and with the logistical and financial backing that Computer 2000 provides is ideally placed to meet the needs of SME resellers.”

Mark Wheeler, General Manager Networking at Azlan UK, says that O’Shea’s return is good news for Azlan and its partners. “Azlan is committed to meeting the needs of all its customers in the networking market and Gavin will add further strength to the excellent team of people that we are have in place across the business. There are some very good opportunities emerging in the SME market and Azlan will be doing everything it can to help resellers address that potential.”
