Outsourcery is Microsoft Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year

Outsourcery has been selected as Microsoft’s Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year. The company was chosen out of an international field of top Microsoft partners as delivering market-leading customer solutions built on Microsoft technology.

95% of Microsoft’s $60bn of annual revenue is generated by its global partner network, which includes partners delivering Microsoft software plus services as business solutions. In the UK where over 90% of businesses use some sort of Microsoft technology, the standards of companies qualifying for partnership status are getting higher than ever with the Seattle-based company increasingly focused on improving core competencies, levels of investment and the quality of service provided by its partners.

Cloud computing company Outsourcery says it has been widely predicted by experts to become the UK’s market leader as a result of its rapid investment in Cloud services and unified communications.

Piers Linney, joint CEO said, “We strongly believe that the future is Cloud computing and we will continue to offer innovative software plus service solutions that add value to our customers. Just over a year ago we set out to be recognised as No.1 in the market; now we are proud to have been officially recognised on the global stage as Microsoft’s Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year. We have achieved this through material investment in state-of-the-art infrastructure to provide solutions that enable our customers to reduce costs, become more productive, more efficient and, ultimately more profitable.”

“Microsoft is pleased to recognise Outsourcery as the Hosting Solutions Partner of the Year for its hosted Unified Communications solution targeting the small and medium business market,” said Austen Mulinder, corporate vice president, Communications Sector, Microsoft Corp. “Outsourcery’s hosted Unified Communications solution combines Microsoft products such as Exchange Server 2007, SharePoint 2007, and Office Communication Server 2007, with voice and presence, to help businesses communicate more effectively. Businesses can stay connected with their mobile workforce at all times in real-time through instant messaging, phone, and web conferencing, offered through predictable subscription-based pricing.”
