Purpose Software has announced the immediate availability of a new dashboard option for its CBS and 2serv service management solutions. This new capability will help resellers to improve individual, team and organisational performance whilst enhancing decision-making across the business.
The dashboards provide browser-based access to a consolidated view of organisational performance, highlighting metrics and KPIs that matter the most, from existing, disparate data sources. Dashboards can be customised to meet the functional requirements of individual users who can ‘drill down’ for more detailed analysis all the way to individual customer record, document or device levels.
