Redstone Tie up with Numero

Redstone Converged Solutions has announced a new partnership with numéro, the specialist customer response solutions company saying the new partnership is key in reinforcing Redstone’s continued commitment to provide step change in services and performance for contact centres.

numéro’s software solutions control, streamline and automate business processes associated with managing and responding to all ‘non-voice’ customer interactions (email, SMS, web-forms, fax, correspondence), to provide the same high level of service to customers as the telephony route.

Guy Colclough, chief executive, numéro said: “The challenge for companies is to ensure that regardless of the way a customer contacts them, the customer experience is consistently high across all channels.
