Bowers has over 13 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, having started his career as a field engineer for Sprint Telecommunications in 1994. He subsequently joined Redwood Telecommunications in 1997 as a field maintenance engineer and has gone on to hold a variety of technical and services management posts, most notably Service Operations Manager.
Bowers’ primary tasks as Solutions Architect will be to participate in customer projects, analysing customer requirements and business drivers in order to define, manage and authenticate a best-fit solution. Commenting on his new role, he said: “I am excited about having the opportunity of a new role within Redwood. This role was a natural progression for me; developing solutions within the sales process in order to resolve communications challenges and meeting customer expectations.”
