Resolve Appoints New Technical Staff

Resolve has appointed three new members of technical staff to meet an increased demand for IT support.

With the addition of two helpdesk engineers and one account manager, the Sheffield-based IT business will ensure it continues to offer expert IT solutions to a growing number of clients across South Yorkshire and beyond.

Matthew Dobing has taken on the position of account manager, which will give him oversight of the IT networks of a number of customers. Jonathan Mallender and Robert Coward are the newest helpdesk engineers and they will deal with the everyday IT issues that clients log with Resolve.

Managing Director, Andrew Seaton says, “I am really pleased with the experience of all of our new appointments – they are all technically strong, friendly and offer an outstanding customer experience. These new team members will be looking after existing customers, and also the new support contracts we have won in the past few months.”

Founded in 2004 by Andrew Seaton, Resolve has grown from a one-man-band to a team of 24 with responsibility for the IT support of over 75 businesses within South Yorkshire and beyond.
