Retell say that to date the majority of smaller systems have been restricted in size to 12 or 30 lines meaning that a customer with 16 lines had to buy a 30-line system. Commenting on this Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development at Retell said, “We changed this with our 8, 16 and 30 channel models which have proved very popular and affordable for small & medium sized businesses”.
Retell’s new ISDN 30 systems take this a step further with a choice of base units and any choice of lines from 1 to 30. “This will bring average costs down because customer’s can buy a system to match the exact number of lines they have and then purchase expansion cards if required,” added Cobley. Retell’s new systems offer expandability and mix and match options of larger hard drive’s, CD-RW, security, call monitoring and archiving software. In addition customer’s will be able to ‘prove the concept’ of call recording with a start up system for under £3000 SRP.
