Retell says ‘Big sales are still out there’

Call recording vendor Retell report that signs are good for continued growth in the call recording and call management arena

In December Retell sold and installed two significantly large systems via two new resellers. This included a Housing Association who opted for two of Retell’s new Ruby Line voice servers along with Sense Call Analyser, Retell’s integrated recording and call management system. Steve Cobley, Head of Business Development at Retell said, “Our competitors are rightly highlighting potential sales due to FSA regulation of brokers and traders in the financial sector, something that we’ve had great success with over the last year”. Already though we are one step ahead of the game as Sense will be able to record calls from BlackBerry handsets in readiness for likely FSA regulation later in the year”

Cobley reports that sales to most sectors are buoyant including Housing Associations, storage companies, environmental services companies and many more. He continues “I was especially pleased to get leads from our outsourced telemarketing company within hours of reopening after Christmas for visits to demonstrate our fax server at a major hospital, our Sense Call Analyser recording system to an existing customer who wants to replace his old Centrex recorder and a 250 line quote for a major call centre”.

Retell operates an Accreditation Scheme for resellers to encourage them to profit from sales and installation of a broad spectrum of products including fax servers, voice servers, business answering machines and meeting recorders and multi line and single line call recording and call management. Benefits of the highest level of Accreditation include sales leads and the use of Retell’s outsourced telemarketing company for one week.
